The event highlighted Kerry\u2019s industry partnerships, including collaboration with Cafe Feminino, which supports coffee farmers globally.<\/p>\n A significant technological addition to the facility is Kerry Kalaido<\/em>, an AI-powered concepting tool underpinned by proprietary data. This system aims to accelerate traditional concept ideation and development processes, potentially reducing time-to-market for new products.<\/p>\n The AI system represents part of Kerry\u2019s strategy to compress development cycles for food and beverage companies, particularly important in California\u2019s competitive market environment.<\/p>\n The centre launch coincided with the introduction of a new portfolio called \u201cTaste Alley\u201d, specifically developed to address challenges faced by emerging food and beverage companies. The portfolio tackles common barriers to market entry, including high minimum order quantities (MOQs) and extended material lead times.<\/p>\n Cahalane noted: \u201cWe are constantly looking at ways to serve our customers better, so we look forward to offering our Taste Alley portfolio and Kerry Kalaido solution to ensure they can commercialise at speed in an evolving market.\u201d<\/p>\n The facility opening also reflects Kerry\u2019s community investment strategy under its Beyond the Horizon sustainability initiative.
