The new system represents a significant advancement in doughnut production technology, featuring only two main moving parts to minimise maintenance requirements and potential downtime.

The Topos Digital Depositor incorporates a precision digital control system that provides superior cutting action while automatically adjusting for weight variations and compensating for changes in batter viscosity in real time. This technological approach aims to ensure consistent product quality throughout production runs.

Operator-focused design features
The equipment has been engineered with practical operational considerations, featuring compatibility with existing mobile carriers and accommodating customers’ current cutters and plungers. Notable functional elements include automatic plunger-cutter oil lubrication systems, quick-change mechanisms for plungers and cutters, and simplified top bushing management.
The design eliminates cutter clamps, which the manufacturer identifies as a source of potential production errors.
Versatility for varied production requirements
Multiple cutter-holding plates and programmable recipe settings for different batter types provide production flexibility for bakeries with diverse product portfolios. The system stores settings digitally, allowing operators to switch between product specifications efficiently.
