BGG to present natural ingredients in swicy beverage and snack bar concepts
BGG will present beverage and snack bar concepts built around its natural ingredients for weight management and mental wellbeing at SupplySide Global 2026 in Las Vegas (28-30 October). The company, at booth #7743, will highlight a “dream team” of natural ingredients for body and mind.
A swicy beverage for weight management
ApplePhenon® is a polyphenol- and procyanidin-rich apple extract that BGG says delivers clinically proven results for weight management. To highlight its potential in on-trend formats, BGG has developed a sweet and spicy, or “swicy”, beverage with a watermelon-tamarind-cayenne flavour profile.
Snack bars for cognitive health and sleep
TheraPrimE® tocotrienols and AstaZine® astaxanthin have been shown to work both separately and in combination to support cognitive health, boost emotional wellness and improve sleep. They will be available in two snack bar concepts with fruity flavour profiles: brown butter-red apple and cranberry crunch.
Technical discussion and presentation
BGG’s experts will be available through-out the show to discuss the science behind the three ingredients and their wide-ranging formulation possibilities. The company will also give a presentation titled “Metabolic Resilience and Cognitive Vitality Across the Lifespan” in the Product Development Theatre (7881) from 11:30am to 11:50am on 28 October, providing detailed insights into the three ingredients.
