Online Auction: Food R&D and Laboratory Equipment from Umiami
Following the closure of Umiami’s Agri-Food R&D Center in Villebon-sur-Yvette, France, Dome Auctions is offering more than 100 lots of food R&D, laboratory and process development equipment through an online auction.
The facility was dedicated to the research and development of plant-based food products under the Swap Food brand. The auction provides food manufacturers, laboratories and R&D departments with an opportunity to acquire professional equipment previously used for food analysis, product development, testing and preparation.
Key equipment includes Anton Paar particle size analyzers and rheometers, a Stable Micro Systems texturometer, Dohmeyer cryogenic cabinets, Hounö and Unox ovens, a Mettler Toledo metal detector, an Anritsu checkweigher and Sartorius thermobalances.
More than 100 lots are available, ranging from specialized laboratory and analytical instruments to food preparation equipment, stainless steel furniture, shelving, IT equipment and other technical equipment.
The equipment can be viewed on site prior to the auction closing.
