DETECTION AND QUANTIFICATION OF FOOD ALLERGENS
BIPEA is launching a new Proficiency Testing Schemes (PTS 77I) that permits testing laboratories to evaluate their analytical performances by analyzing cake samples.
For this first round, laboratories will be able to analyze 3 samples of cake (600g each) according to their usual methods. This PT offers the following allergens: Gluten, Soybean, and Peanut.
This test is scheduled on June 2023.
For more than 50 years, BIPEA has provided a wide range of proficiency tests and external reference materials for testing laboratories concerned by quality control and analytical accuracy in various fields (environment, food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, surfaces).
